Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Damaged Upon Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To help us resolve the issue, damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We require photos of the damaged item(s), including both the inside and outside of the packaging. Once we assess the situation, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure or arrange for carrier pickup if needed.
If a Refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping and postage costs are non-refundable.
- Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Final Sale Items
All items purchased during Sales, Promotions and Holiday events are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.
