Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times:
USA: 3–5 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, postal service disruptions, or holidays.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package anytime on our Order Tracking Page.
If you do not receive a tracking number, or if your tracking link isn't working within 48 hours, please contact us, we're happy to help!
International Orders and Import Duties:
For orders outside the USA, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for details on applicable charges.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
Due to our fast processing times, modifying or canceling an order after placement may not be possible. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.
Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Krese is not liable for delays, lost packages, or returns due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. We’re happy to reship your order, but additional shipping fees will apply. Please double-check your address before completing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, Krese is no longer responsible for its whereabouts.
We recommend:
- Tracking your package regularly.
- Coordinating with your local carrier if you won’t be home during delivery.
- Requesting a hold for pickup, if available.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen.
